Upgrade has been made, documented, and photographed, relieving the new owner from the SEB 200-hour or annual inspection interval.

The second document is a single-engine service letter from Cessna dated December 21, 1973, and addresses the Vertical Fin Attachment

Improvement. This improvement has also been made and relieves the new owner from a 100-hour inspection interval on that component.

The last major Cardinal issue is the dreaded wing-spar carry-through eddy current inspection and corrosion treatment Airworthiness Directive dated March 20, 2023. That AD has been complied with and subsequently documented in the aircraft logs.

Note about model vs manufacture year. This aircraft was built in 1970 in a model year of 1971. The FAA sees it as a 1970 aircraft even though Cessna says they started producing this aircraft in 1971.

Exterior:

White upper, with a lower royal blue on the lower fuselage. Paint is stunning.
